It is the policy of the AHRA to use a range of publications to develop and disseminate work presented at conference.
The new AHRA book-series: AHRA Critiques: Critical Studies in Architectural Humanities, published by Routledge, includes edited selections of papers from the first three annual AHRA International Conferences.
Vol 1: Critical Architecture, edited by: Jane Rendell, Jonathan Hill, Mark Dorrian, and Murray Fraser;
Vol 2: From Models to Drawings, edited by Marco Frascari, Jonathan Hale, and Bradley Starkey; and
Vol 3: The Politics of Making, edited by Mark Swenarton, Igea Troiani, and Helena Webster (all 2007).
Vol. 4, Architecture and Curatorship, is in preparation.
It is our intention to publish a fifth volume of AHRA Critiques, which will included an edited selection of papers from AGENCY.
Selected papers will be disseminated in a special edition of the University of Sheffield e-journal Field, with guest editors/reviewers drawn from the Keynote speakers, visiting professors, and organising committee.
1st issue (Architecture & Indeterminacy) October 2007, 2nd Issue (Alternate Currents), forthcoming.
It is also the policy of AHRA, in conjunction with ARQ (Architecture Research Quarterly) and The Journal of Architecture, to publish a selection of conference papers in issues of those journals.
